Locks & Gold reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature or the sale of any product with or without notice. You agree that Locks & Gold will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any website feature or product.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Locks & Gold shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order, to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card or PayPal account charged. If your credit card or PayPal has already been charged for the order and we cancel your order, we will issue a credit to your credit card account or PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
Your receipt of an order confirmation or charging your credit card/paypal account, by Locks & Gold does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped (or a portion of the order is shipped).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we (a) issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or (b) not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the cancelled portion of the order. Any delivery dates provided by Locks & Gold are estimates.
Locks & Gold will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your account page.
Delivery
Each piece is Made to Order and Personalised for you so please allow 3 weeks for Delivery.
We are currently shipping from Switzerland with delivery costs via tracked Swiss Post as follows:
Europe (including UK) £9.95
International £14.95
You will receive an Order Confirmation upon placing an Order. If the item is out of stock or if there is a longer lead time than stated you will be notified. You will be notified when you Order has been shipped.
Your Order will be beautifully packaged in tissue paper and comes with a Locks & Gold postcard for you to keep.
If it is a gift, please let us know when you place your Order so we can personalise your postcard with a hand written message for the recipient.
Returns
Locks & Gold will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged. Once Locks & Gold confirms that your product was returned in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded. We do not accept any product exchanges.
Please order carefully and check your Order Confirmation. Each piece we make is personalised and made to order using original and vintage fabrics. These fabrics by their nature will fray and fade and will not be consistent in design from piece to piece. We regret that we are unable to accept returns, unless the item is faulty. If this is the case, please notify us with 7 days of receipt and return the item unworn, in the original packaging. A replacement will be sent out to you once your returned item is received.
Please note, we are unable to refund any postage charges and we are not responsible for any local taxes or duties payable. We advise you to use a recorded delivery service and we are unable to accept responsibility for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Wash and Care Instructions
We advise to wash by hand and do not tumble dry.
Many of our fabrics are designed in-house and digitally printed in small runs in the UK. When teamed with original vintage fabrics, trims and hand stitching, as each piece is, it becomes unique with a delicate nature.
Some slight fraying may occur over time, which is normal and adds to the unique hand made style of the item.
Sizing
Our garments are generously sized and intended to fit around the neck and shoulders then more loosely around the body. We offer jumping sizes, which you will find of our size chart (link to it) along with garment lengths to provide you with as much sizing information as possible.
